  • Each month, I’ll categorize your business transactions, reconcile your accounts, and prepare accurate financial reports like your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. You’ll always know where your money is going and what’s coming in.

  • Every business is different. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300/month and scales based on your transaction volume and complexity. Add-ons like invoicing, bill pay, or receipt management can be included, and one-time services (like catch-up work or year-end prep) are priced separately.

  • Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me months (or years!) behind and a little overwhelmed. I specialize in catch-up and clean-up work and will get your books back on track without the stress.

  • I make it easy. Since we’ll need your bank statements each month, you can send them securely through cloud-based software and email. To make it even easier, we can set up your bank and credit card accounts with QuickBooks Online for automatic transaction pulls.

  • You’ll receive your reports by the 10th of each month, giving you a clear snapshot of your business’s financial health in time to make smart decisions.
